1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the LexiHan app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use LexiHan for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store from which you obtained the app.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the app or its content (including vocabulary data) for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

3. Purchase and Payment

If you purchase LexiHan:

• Payment is processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). Their terms and payment policies apply.
• Refunds are handled by the store in accordance with their refund policy. We do not process payments or refunds directly.
• One-time purchase grants you access to the app and its content as offered at the time of purchase, in accordance with the store's rules.

4. No Account or Server

LexiHan does not require an account. Learning data is stored only on your device. We do not operate a server that collects or stores your usage data. Loss of the app or your device may result in loss of local data; we are not responsible for backing up or restoring it.

5. Content and Accuracy

• Vocabulary and definitions in the app are provided for learning purposes. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or complete.
• You use the app and its content at your own risk. We are not liable for any decisions or outcomes based on the use of the app.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we (and our affiliates, directors, employees, or agents) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profit, arising from your use or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the app, if any.

We may update the app or these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app.
